Numbers are just arbitrary symbology, But the relationships we represent with them are not. Avogadros constant can’t be 5,7,8,9 or a million because 1) None of those other quantities accurately represent the constant and 2) The representation must be an accurate one if the constant is to have any value at all in it’s relationship with other quantities in chemistry.

Which is just 1 amu (1.0005 to be exact), so the ambiguity in the conversion between amu to grams is why there is not an exact value for all 24 digits of Avogadro’s number.

Hydrogen is 1g/mol. Like everything mathematical, it’s all relative.
